Whirlpool Washing Machine Timer 3953146
Was concerned about another reviewer indicating the part was broken upon delivery because there was no packaging but my part was delivered in perfect shape, my friend installed it and my washing machine is working perfectly. Great price as well.

Upon taking item out of shipping box I noticed there were no protective packaging (bubble wrap or foam peanuts) to protect item from being damaged. Sure enough the item was broken. The cover housing clips were broken. Since I needed this item right away I had to super glue the cover housing so it would function properly. Although the item did work I strongly recommend that proper packaging should be used when shipping any item. This would alleviate any further disatisfied customers.

This item was damaged when received and was unusable. I promptly contacted the seller with a discription and photos of the damage and received a replacement within only a few days. Great customer service!! The replacement timer is working and I can do laundry again. Hooray!!
