Good value !
So far I have had no issues, I like being able to brew into my travel mug. I use filtered water and always shake the Kcups before putting them in the brewer.
My only gripe is I wish the water tank was a few ounces larger so I could have a full travel mug of coffee

I love it.. this Flex brew is great., I have tried all ways with no problems at all. I do use the pods the most but use the K- Cup too.

Great flexible system! I can use pods, K-cups and my favorite coffee brands. If you follow directions carefully, there are no problems. Fine grinds have a special basket. K cups have an additional part that holds them. There's a handy quick start guide that we keep on the fridge. The coffee is hotter than my Keurig, and tastes better. Excellent system. Thanks Hamilton Beach for your innovative product.
